Personal Training

I deliver personal training to you at your home, workplace, outdoors or at a North London Studio. The costs are individually calculated and will depend on what we work out will be the best way to reach your goals, for example the frequency of training, location and combination of activities needed (e.g. a concentrated set of one-to-one sessions, or a combination of one-on-one session + Boot-camp membership).

Prices for individual sessions start from £50, and bespoke packages can be developed and pricing agreed. Please feel free to contact me for details and to arrange Complementary Consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to:

  • establish your fitness goals and aspirations
  • go through your medical history including injuries and any health conditions
  • to identify what limitations, you currently have or have encountered in the past
  • evaluate your life style and stress level
  • analyse your eating habits and nutrition

Consultation is a fantastic opportunity to meet each other in person. It will help me to understand your needs and barriers so I can create holistic solutions and overcome obstacles that are and will continue to keep you from reaching your health and fitness goals. It is critically also a great chance for you to get to know me, my personality and my style, and to ask any questions you  have.


Boot-camp is a flexible route to fitness, with the added benefit of group fun, energised group fitness and a great variety of exercises. I encourage membership to the camp, allowing you flexibility of fitting it into your busy schedule but with enough incentive to keep coming back and progressing towards your goals!

  • Drop-ins: start from £10 a session
  • Monthly membership: £50 for a month’s membership, allowing you to come as often as you wish
  • Tailored packages: for those also doing Personal Training and/or Group sessions, adding in a Boot-camp into your regime is a great way to get that extra boost and to de-stress with a group of energised members. These prices will be discussed as Personal Training and Group Sessions are scoped and agreed upon.


Corporate & Group Sessions

Both Group sessions and Corporate fitness is tailored bespoke to your needs, and is dependent on the number of people attending (ideally between 7-15), group goals, duration, logistics and frequency. As a guide, a single bespoke session specifically for groups and corporate fitness start from £50 for an hour session.
